Nano 7

I have a Nano 7 and a BIAS and by far the BIAS is better. I use my Nano 7 as a nap hammock when hiking, or put it in the truck in case I find a nice nap spot.
The BIAS 11' hammock is the bomb and you will absolutely love it.

I used a Nano 7 for a while. I could get comfortable, but couldn't stay there, couldn't keep my feet and head and pillow, all in the hammock for long. Remember when you were a groundling and frequently rolled to relieve the pressure points on your back, hips, and shoulders. My Nano kept me moving too, for the reasons mentioned above.

The Nano material is not a light fabric, it is just cut small, so it is still strong. That is very clever marketing by Grand Trunk, but not so good for hangers who buy for the lightness, then need to buy a different one that is more suitable for sleeping for a handful of consecutive hours. Owning a Nano 7 is like a backpacker owning a Mazda Miata that won't go far on dirt roads, it just doesn't do what you need it to do. Buy a used Nano 7 just to vaccinate you from wondering about the light weight, then resell it for near what you paid for it.

I haven't gotten used to the stretch in my new, light nylon BIAS WWM and I only weigh 150#, but I used a low stretch, polyester, GT UL for 50 nights prior to that purchase. I hope that you find what suits you, sooner than my search for a light hammock.

I'm 5'11" 165 lbs. and have only laid in a Nano 7, concluding it was way too short for me. I've been using a BIAS Weight Weenie Micro for over a year and can't say enough good things about it. Mine is 60" wide, 6.5 oz, and I sleep like a log in it. My topquilt does not pop out, and there is no calf ridge.

6' 2" 250. Will the Nano 7 be to small for me to sleep decent in? I like the weight.

I'm 6'2", 220lbs and have a Nano 7 that I keep stashed in my car for naps which it is perfect for. Every time I sleep in it all night I find that two or three times a night my head will loll over the edge of the hammock, causing a rude awakening. I have never experienced that with my other larger hammocks.

I'm 5'10" and spent about 4 months in a nano7 without much trouble. Maybe I have no idea what I am missing...might just have to check one of these BIAS hammocks out.
