    3 Season Underquilt

    Hello,

I'm new to hammock camping and am looking to get my first underquilt. I'm on somewhat of a budget and am looking for a 3 season quilt diy or vendor made.

I don't really have a preference on full/torso length. Figured I would post and see if anyone is cleaning house before ordering.

    thank you.

if you have a budget Arrowhead is where you should start. I have their jarbidge, it is my go to quilt. The kickass quilts are a great entry level set of quilts they don't pack down as small but they more than get job done.

Thanks for the suggestions I have looked at AHE and have not seen Molly Mac Gear. I hadn't given much thought about going with synthetic insulation I don't know much about it, does the synthetic pack down fairly well? a picture of a packed jarbridge would be helpful I am a backpacker and the weight seems fairly comparable.

Arrowhead makes a great product. Here's a shameless plug from moi regarding my purchase: https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/...ad.php?t=68839.

The Jarbidge is a great quilt and well worth the price. As Paul demonstrated it can be compressed down smaller, you'll need to get a compression sack, I think Walmart carries them, to get it down that small.
