Good job on the site. Easy to move around and find what you are looking for without too many clicks.
Now all it needs is a SALE tab and it would be perfect.

Excellent, I love it, easy to navigate, easy to see, easy to compare. Everything is there, I can find it all and NO FRUSTRATION.
Decidedly a A+, well done.

Just uploaded 3 "How-to' pages to assist customers with some of the more common additions or adjustments made to their Dream Hammocks. Hope to add more pages as I get the opportunity.

I've agonized over making too much information available in light of some recent bad experiences with folks who "sell things they copy". I guess we'll see how this goes?

Randy I would say put up what you feel is in the best interest for your company, and things that will help secure it future. If that means that there isn't enough information for everyone, and that some don't get what they want as they want it their way and or perfect, well they can just go pound sand. That would be the best function of an email, too ask questions that aren't already on or answered by your site.
If you do whats best for you, your company, and your family then we as a community should stand behind you and support you. I guess there are reasons why Tom Hennessy acted the way he did at times.

Thanks Yoda.
I've even had a cottage vendor contact me through the Dream Hammock website to ask questions about a design they were borrowing. I guess the information and photos I had provided on the website weren't detailed enough for them to figure it out. I answered their questions, thinking I was speaking with a potential customer. If you ask me that's simply dishonest.

Very saddened to hear this, and slightly angered....if I ever find out whom this was that would be one vendor I "NEVER" order from, or recommend. I would add "completely" and "utterly" after your "simply"!
Sorry don't mean to thread drift, I will end my rant here and if further discussions are needed or wanted they can be done through PM.
