I've ordered quite a bit of stuff from Warbonnet and at quick glance they all look alike in their stuff sacks ( not the quilt). How can I make them easily identifiable.

I use colored zip ties on my stuff sacks. I usually use them on the double stuff sacks to determine the head and foot ends. I just put one on the head end so in low light I can just feel for the wire tie and know which end is the head. On other stuff sacks I will just use a sharpie to mark them.
I have the same problem. I used those cheap colored paper tags w/strings you can get at dollar<whatever> for yard sales to color code each bag. I just Lark's Head-ed them to the cinch strings. You could also use a silver perm marker to mark the bags or use more robust tags.

When I make stuff sacks, I try to use different colored drawcord and different colored cordlocks. Maybe swapping out your drawcords is an option?
Sharpie makes a silver marker that I use to mark most of my gear bags. I also use different cord and or cord locks to ID the head end of a hammock if needed.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
