Backpack? If it really works that well, no more liner or pack cover.

It says in the fine print that two coats may necessary. Assuming we are talking about untreated nylon, I guess you guys should double that previous estimate of $100 for a 10x10 tarp 'eh?

Also says that oils from your hands, abrasion, and a few more things cause poor performance. I guess tarps and packs are out. Unless you can stuff your tarp while wearing gloves and don't rub the tarp against itself while cramming it into its stuff sack

I guess kayak bottom would be out too, says it relies on trapped air for its abilities and is not intended to be used on items that are continuously submerged.

This stuff sound a little gimmicky to me

There goes my superfast ultra slicky slide through the water with little paddling canoe idea.

Ah, but eliminating paddle drip and the need for drip rings?

I'm thinking of ordering a set and using it on some Greenland style and European style kayak paddles.

This stuff sounds like Ultra Ever Dry. Sold as a liquid. Not cheap but will cover a larger area without as much loss to the environment. www.ultraeverdrystore.com

has many uses.. but in time will come down in costs and better quality.

The public, is/shall be the testing ground for this stuff.. how it will hold up and be applied. We know folks will coat everything with it...

I planned to do my packs, and The truck hood to keep bug goo down..
