According to Warbonnet, there's no difference in the lay. See posts #2 and #3 on this old thread:

So let me get this straight... you're asking a forum chock-full of self-avowed hanging fanatics... whether or not you should buy more hammocks? Answer... predictable

WOW, you ask a really stupid question you deserve what you get for replies! I know, I know, you want a NEW Hammock, you need to justify getting a new hammock. I am not going to help you, not one bit.

Why do you think we are considering a 12 Step Program? Yes, we are a bunch of Hammock Addicts. We love hammocks, we can never ever, have enough hammocks. That does not even deal with the peripheral equipment such as, but not limited to: A Thread Injector, one at least but maybe three or more, then you need a selection of Amsteel, for whoopie slings and all sorts of fun things to make. Oh, then their is the Dutch gear, darn him, he keeps coming out with some new, just gotta have bit of spiffy, tiny little bing a addict just can not resist. Oh, Tarps and Rain flys are just too aluring, you need a Winter, Summer, Monsoon, Fall and maybe Spring. Oh, gosh, quilts, under and overs. Cook Stoves, suspensions, just more and more.

There is no end. We really need a 12 Step group, "My name is HURTHEART, I am a Hammock Addict." I have admitted I am powerless over Hammock's and Hammock Gear.

This is so true. Maybe we need a hammocks anonymous group too.

That's why we have screen names maybe I should've picked something more original.

Do I need another hammock :D

====> I only have three hammocks at the moment, and am considering two more, at least - a WBRR, and Dream Hammock. Maybe a Bias and NiteOwl too. All just for me. My WBBB is my current go-to hammock (I own 2). Am heading out for a coupla days this week, and will hang in the BB, but be thinking about a Bridge anyway.

I admit it. I am an addict! There. I said it. It's out in the open. Now I feel better, soooo....I can shop!!
