PU Coated Tarp - Revive Waterproofness

Did a search but had trouble finding answer to my question although I am sure relevant threads exist.

I have the Hennessy 70d hex polyeurethane (pu) coated tarp. Seems waterproofing is starting to fade and tarp sides are beginning to absorb water.

Any suggestions for reviving the waterproofness of this tarp?
