    Length of hammock?

Hey all. I think I have it narrowed down to either a Claytor or Blackbird. My question is, how short in length do I want to go with my hammock? I'm 6'1" & 190lbs. I've read that too short of a hammock is uncomfortable. How short is too short? This question pretty much pertains to the 3 Claytor models, since I believe the BB only comes in one length. Thanks!

I am about the same size and weight. I find the HH Explorer to be about the right length - 110" - for me. I wasn't comfortable in my Speer until I retied the end knots and gained about a foot in length - 108". So, the Claytor Jungle Hammock should work. Not sure about the overall length on the BB.

    Ridgeline is 101"; I think.
I don't have the jungle model, but the Expedition is too short for me (6').

One thing to keep in mind is although the BB has a shorter ridgeline than a JH the BB also has the footbox which basically extends the usable length of the hammock compared to a traditional gathered end.
