The underquilt is a Hammock Gear 20deg incubator which I teamed up with a 20deg Burrow. I much preferred the full length UQ as no matter what I do I always seem to get cold feet with a 3/4 UQ. With this combination I was toasty warm every night. The coldest it got to was about 5C and the coldest it is ever likely to get to here in the west is around 0C so the 20deg was perfect for my purpose. My other hammock gear TQ & 3/4 UQ are summer ones which I find it a bit cool on the colder nights. This new combo was as close to perfect as I think I could get, the only problem being i had to vent the TQ a few nights as I was too warm - still beats being cold! I think for summer use the incubator with the summer TQ will also be a good combo.
