Well, I did get ahold of Shane and he did get the hammock sent out. Unfortunately the ridgeline wasn't in the package. Shane was quick to respond and said he would have the ridgeline sent out on Tuesday the 17th.
No package yet which worries me a little, but I will give it another couple days before I really start worrying.
It went out. Give it another day or so and let me know if it still doesn't arrive. I had a ton of nets that went out the same day as your hammock and just overlooked the RL.

Why don't you direct this towards BIAS, either here or by email, instead of making it public? I'm not sure who you're looking for an answer from.

Ewker is correct, I/we do check this tread. Some try here before emailing and then sometimes emails are sent and unless it's sent to me at [email protected], I don't receive it. Also, while were on the topic of orders, Anyone with order number 1113 please contact me. That order never came in unless it just skipped in the system (which I doubt)
