    Camp Kitchen Sub-Forum

My apologies if this has been suggested before but I tried a couple of searches and didn't find a reference. Would it be possible to have a sub-forum in the Camp Kitchen forum devoted to food/recipes/dehydrators etc? Call it the pantry or something creative?

I'm sure the moderators have enough on their plates already (thank you mods), and this is for an off-topic forum, but I thought it would be helpful to have the food related stuff in a centralized location away from the camp kitchen gear-specific threads.

I agree that its a good idea to have one here, this forum is no where near as good as hammock forums but it does have a very extensive back country cooking sub forum.

If your looking for cooking info its here:

This is not a forum but it does have everything you need to know, the site does take a little digging due to the amount of info it contains.

    Hope that helps

If it is going to be food then is should be camp food. If you call it camp kitchen you will get stoves, pots, utensils etc. In other words what you have now.
    YMMV
