Maybe this is a perpetually asked question, but please bear with me.
When rigging a Superfly, how and with what material (and how much) would you recommend rigging the side pulls? I'm thinking about using lash-it, but am certainly not dead set in any direction. I've seen a few pictures with tie outs going to poles, then to the ground but I'm not fully comprehending the way it's being done.
Any input would help this new hanger a great deal!

I was planning on using snake skins as a stuff sack/quick deploy for the tarp. Is there any harm in this, and any issues with tangling if I were to leave the lines that go out to the trees attached? Solutions, if so?
I leave all my lines attached to my Superfly. I figure 8 and tie them off first. And the snake skins have no problems sliding right over all the rigging. And I can still get the whole setup into the original stuff sack no problem.

I use nanolight poles to hook to my pull outs.

Sticks do work fine! But same as you I was like " I don't need no stupid hiking poles!" then I bought some to take on a Minnesota spring hang that had just dumped a foot of snow. They were a life saver! And Now I love them! I don't even care if they look dorky

I use shock cord coupled with zing-it for my side pull outs. I like it so there is a bit of give. If available, it's nice to tie them off to nearby trees or branches.

How do you rig that? Zing-it between pullouts with shock cord going to the ground? Lengths?
I use 3ft lengths of shockcord on my side pull outs, with a small loop tied in the end to slip over a pole handle or stick. Then I take a 6ft length of 2mm dyneema down to the ground.
It pitches okay with a single pole but is much better if you can tie off to two separate conveniently located trees. If the sil gets wet it tends to sag quite a bit in the centre with a single pole. Not enough to reduce the space created around the hammock but I find it drops the height a touch.
I use static cord on my cuben tarps as they don't really budge much in the wet.
