Great weekend, great weather, and great friends both new and old. This was my 3rd group hang and 1st Fairfield trip...won't be the last. I think the kids talked the ears off of most everyone there (thanks for being such good sports). Since there was no way the wife would let me hang and leave her in the tent with 3 kids, I found the only way to impress hangers with a ground dwelling was to make it something they've never seen before. Introduce what has now been named the "Taj-ma-tent". Maybe with enough amsteel I could get it off the ground. Can't wait for the next trip.

I had a good time also (ate too much though ).

Thanks to UncleMJM for organizing it, Old Gringo for bringing plenty of firewood (and supplying coffee for those who needed it), and thanks to Tarp for making everyone feel welcome, and being great with remembering names.

This was my 3rd group hang, 2nd time to Fairfield, and I really struggle to remember names/faces, but I'm working on it!

Dang it takes a long time to unpack. Shoulda just stayed there. Thanks to Uncle MJM for honchoing the shindig, Allen for being a good ramrod, and OG for the bottomless coffee pot. Good seeing everybody again, and all the new faces. Can't wait till next year.
