Well I somehow managed to break the thing already and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to find the replacement part. I was really hoping it didn't have any plastic gears but it turns out it had exactly one and that one decided to break.

Oops! That's just plain bad luck to have it go that quickly.
Two pieces of good news though. One the part is still in production. Two I'm pretty sure I found the right shop to have it repaired at.
If you can't wait, send me the cut fabric and I'll hem it for you... pay return shipping...
