    Harbor Freight SALE thru 3/23

    Greets!

    http://www.harborfreight.com/

Maybe they're always this ... well priced? ... but I stopped by HF today for the first time ever to get some cheapo webbing (2x12' Lashing Straps for $1.99) and it was like half the store was on clearance!

For $5.06, I got my 2x12' poly (?) "harbor freight special" webbings, 3pack of super glue mini tubes, and a (supposedly) waterproof aluminum LED keychain light.

:edit: Ok, so this LED light is blinding me... thoughts on painting the lens with red somehow? :/edit:

My knife is so sharp it cut the sixth finger off my right hand! On the plus side, Inigo Montoya no longer hunts me.

Get some transparent red cellophane and wrap between the lens and the case. Works like a champ!

You're half right - they always have cheap stuff.

A lot of their stuff is absolute crap. I would never, ever, EVER buy another harbor freight hand tool again. I bought a set of screwdrivers there once, and a good sized flathead screwdriver bent the first time I tried to use it, on a screw that wasn't even stuck. Worthless P.O.S.....

...and that was exactly why I even went. I'd never even heard of the place until I saw that thread a couple days ago!

I'm not a big fan of "store" brand tools - or even "off" brand. Unless I paid little to nothing for a tool, it's simply not allowed to break. If I DID pay little to nothing for a tool, I'm not surprised at all when it DOES break.
