    KOm4 - Thank you for posting your photos! Those really help a lot! I think olive drab is the way to go.

    Craige - Yes - if I decide to do the TGO challenge someday I might change my ways- but probably won't be hanging either! Will have to go to tent or tarp sleeping.

    You're very welcome, always nice to have an excuse to post up one's pics. Just to be sure I didn't screw up the message though: that tarp in my pics is olive drab.

    I always wondered why you sold it not long after acquiring it. Morning sun definitely shines in in the morning and I just pull my buff that I wear over my eyes to get rid of the light when I want to sleep in. I constantly wear a buff in the hammock to cover my bald head.
