Very nicely done, Lost! Thank you!
Tell me, with how much grosgrain did you double back? 6"? 8"?

Nothing really. You know the saying that if something is good enough then twice as much is even better!
Thanks, MDSH. A total of 10' 4" - the 4" is for the loops at the ends. Since I start at the middle and work around, stop at the middle, then turn the tarp around and work my way back out.
Please remember that my ridge is shorter than normal - 120" vs 132" or 144". This is my "play around with it tarp" and anything I change will be on the next tarp. I wanted to make a minimum length tarp. I may actually sell this one for cost when I'm done tinkering.
I really like making tarps now that I have most of it figured out and may start selling them on my site. We'll see.
Oh, and heres what the middle of the tarp looks like - where the grosgrain overlaps.

I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."
