Ok, so on one end of the tarp you have two prussics. One connects to the ridgeline and the other to the flyz?
Yeah, I think Dutch said he uses three prussics on a continuous ridge so in that case you'd have one prussic loop girth hitched to each tarp D-Ring wrapped around the ridgeline above and then a third prussic on the free end line that has a Dutch Fly threaded on it. The other free end just uses a Dutch Hook or in my case a Dutch Ti utility biner.
Actually it's only two pieces of Dutchware for my tarp. I use a Dutch Ti Utility biner on one end and a Dutch Fly on the other end and that's it. My tarp is attached to the ridgeline with prussic loops. I used to use mini biners to attach the prussic loops to the tarp D-rings but I pulled em' off now and just have the prussics tied to the D-rings now. There get's to be a point where you just have too much "junk" on your set-up I guess.
Gonna electroplate a set and put em on a gold chain.

No I don't have any pics of it but all I did was tie the prussic loop to the D-ring with a knot. A soft shackle prussic would be better but I don't have a proper tool (needle) to do a bury on a soft shackle. If someone sold Zingit soft shackles I'd buy one but I don't think anyone sells them. You can buy amsteel ones but that wouldn't work on a ridge line.
I'd use a soft shackle prusik in the application as well. Here's how to make them:
