hi guys sorry if this has been done before but i did a search but still unclear
the no see-um stuff you guys make baffles for quilts with is what you call no see-um but i can't seem to find this in the uk does this have another name? sorry if this is a really dumb question i have my ripstop for a quilt and eager to get started i originally planned to just sew top and bottom without baffles but after abit of reading everybody says its easier to do baffles and now i have my head round it want to get cracking, atb wayne

It is possible that it is one of those brand names that we all take for granted, like band-aid, or crescent wrench.
If your willing to get it online then Sites like this are available
    http://www.ahh.biz/mesh/mesh_no_see_...ng_0_25_mm.php

If you want to purchase it locally all you are really looking for is a polyester mesh with a 1mm weave. That is usually between 600 and 675 holes per square inch.

Ask around at your local fabric store, I'm sure they know more about it then me.

    Good luck!

Noseeums are basically the US version of midges so look for midge netting. This site has some stuff that looks quite good, it's in Germany though, shipping isn't too bad. http://www.extremtextil.de/catalog/F...da6bff80fbcca5

The way that's worded, with lingerie, makes me think it's not very strong.

I see, did you email him to buy some? He doesn't have it listed for sale on the site.
