    Been "topless" too long

While im not new to camping or hammocks...put the two together and im just one notch above a noob.

I have been using a ENO DN without a bug net and would rather get a better hammock and a bug net at the same time.

Any suggestions? i like the looks of WBBB or a roaming gnome or something like that...

Love both my WBBB and now my XLC. Great hammocks both and the XLC gives you more room and more net to make it feel more open without losing that bug free zone.

I used an ENO Doublenest and bug net for the last few years. This year, I picked up a Warbonnet Blackbird XLC. I chose the XLC (eXtra-Long; Convertible) version because I'm a big guy, and I do a lot of cold-weather hammocking.

If you don't need the winter cover, the standard Blackbird has a more convenient built-in bugnet.

There are a bunch of other netted hammocks out there. You've found the right place to do your research... Hammockforums!

    Take it easy,

I personally use a DIY gathered end with DIY bugnet, but every group hang proves there are too many really good hammocks with and without built-in bugnet for me to offer.

If I did, I really like the look and feel of the Warbonnet RidgeRunner. I test rode in one and it was heavenly.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

I've been eyeing the BIAS buginator and weight-weenie for a while as an upgrade from my treklight double. My treklight is pretty comfy, but I'm around 6 feet tall and I tried an 11 foot tablecloth and it was great.

I just got a Dangerbird, so maybe a bit bias but I'd say roaming gnome.
My first hammock was skeeter beeter pro and my biggest complaint was never being able to get the net out of the way.
Nice to get rid of the extra net when not needed. That alone would be the deal breaker to me. Doesn't seem like a big deal but in the end its a real nice thing to do.

I can see the shelf being nice, but I would think most of that could go in the ridgeline organizer just fine... And Randy throws in a nice one.

you could just create a HUG net.
Dejoha shows how you can create this with
just 2 yards of NoSeeum, which costs about 6 or 8 bucks.

I hate to sound like a broken record because I have said this in several other posts. I really like the design of the Dream-Hammocks line. The features on their hammocks are awesome and they allow you to customize the dimensions of your hammock..
