    On the list

Alright, I've put my name on the official list. Not sure yet if I'll be there Friday or Saturday, but I'll be there. Let me know what you're in need of for Sat. dinner, and I'll try to oblige. Looking forward to it.
I'm so out of shape ......I passed gas yesterday and pulled a muscle!

I like the look of the forcast for this weekend!! Just spent the weekend with my Scout son and 1022 others at the Scout International Rendezvous in Hessel Michigan. Friday was in the upper 60's, but mid 50's Sat and Sunday with a low of 35 deg Saturday night!! Yikes!! That was the coldest I have ever slept outside in a hammock!! Glad that this weekend at Yankee Springs will be a little nicer!!

Look forward to meeting everyone there!!

    Travel Safely!!

An accurate enough map showing the other lakes in the area. The trails are not too technical, but plenty of hills to go up and down. Me and a buddy parked to the far west of long lake and hiked all the way out to the east side of deep lake and back in about a half day. We were hoofing it and only had a short lunch break.

For those of you that like to do mountain biking the trails around Devil's soup bowl looked to be a LOT of fun. Decent banks to swoop up on if you have some speed going. I don't mountain bike and I would not be afraid to go on anything that I saw. Not for small kids though as there are a lot of hills to go up and down.

Can only imagine Paul, thanks for all the work and thanks to missy and gargoyle too and anyone else up there setting up! I'll be up there Friday morn and thinking I don't know which hammock to set up! Got both the xlc and the switchback..
Guess both huh? Lol. Have a few small items to donate to the raffle. Cannot wait!
It'll be good to see everyone and meet new friends, see you all soon
It's not the boulders that throw us off balance, it's the pebbles beneath our feet

So between putting out 19 quilts and 3 tarps in 5 days last week...then scurrying to get out the door at 4am on Thursday to head down to the SC hang..then making the long 13 hour drive home on Sunday...and getting up yesterday and getting back at making quilts...as well as feeling a little overwhelmed with trying to get everything ready for the MI hang...I started getting sick last night I WILL NOT MISS THIS HANG!!

Okay, once you get there, your sole job will be to supervise from a comfy lawn chair. You can delegate, delegate, delegate.

Don't make yourself sick! It will all come together one way or the other.
