Live every day as if it was your last.
Laugh much, love often.
Happy hanging!!!
It's $30 a year, which I think is reasonable since I don't pay taxes in the state. There will be another hang this year so I can get my money's worth, right? Actually I tried to buy a passport on the Michigan e-store but they wouldn't take payment from outside the US.
$30 isnt too bad. And it is what exactly? A vehicle pass for the state parks or something?

Fee for camping payable to myself, Gargoyle, or Missy Lou is $10 per person for the weekend. The is an entrance fee for MI State Parks, most MI residents pay $10/annual and allows access to all state parks. Out of State it is $8.40/day or $30.50 annually, good at all state parks. We are offering a park and ride for those from out of state to avoid the fee. PM Gargoyle for details on Park & Ride....
Only about 30 minutes from me in Holland, but it looks like I will be busy that weekend. I need to make it to one of these eventually, just never seems to want to work out.
Making plans to attend with the family! This should be fun!
Question about Saturday morning menu... What is MM Breakfast?
Also, are there any other gluten free individuals planning on being there? We are not much for grits, but could always bring some gluten free steel cut oats for breakfast...
Another thought.. with it being Michigan in the fall and everything.... anyone have a fly or screen tent to bring? We could bring a kero heater so that there is an area to take the chill off... other than the fire... just an idea...
Look forward to meeting everyone!
Jim
MM = Mountain Man...this consists of: eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, onions and cheese. Very Yummy
SlyFox,
We have several tarps that will be deployed as group shelters. But you are welcome to bring extra if you'd like. With 50+ people, the fire pit logistics are still being refined. I see several fire rings in our future.
Or one single fire pit, with 50 very closely gathered friends, .
Extra heat may be good. If you got the room, bring the heater along. But don't go too overboard.
Gluten free is good. I'd love to sample what you bring. I am under my own dietary needs, and would love some input on some recipes.
