anyone have any suggestions for bugnets?

Hey guys! I'm looking for a good bugnet I can use with my hammock - eastern NC (like a lot of places) is full of mosquitos and whatnot. I saw the Buginator, but was wondering if anybody had any other suggestions!

Check out the Mosquito Defender 360 over at Simply Light Designs. Jared had my order out in a couple of says but his site is noting about a week out at this time as there seems to be a shortage of the No See Um netting the makers use.

Also, most of the major vendors here sell a bug net of some kind.

If it will fit your hammock, a lot of people like the design of the Warbonnet Bugnet Travel Net.

Otherwise you can DIY a simple bug net pretty easily and cheaply as well.

I like my ENO Guardian bug net. Kind of heavy for backpacking, but it works very well for me. I just bought a second one to give to a friend as a birthday gift.

The BIAS bugginator is light weight and compact. If DIY interests you search for fronky style bugnet or cryptic cricket bugnet.

That's a big ole +1. All the Wilderness Logics products are unbeatable.
The WL Bug Net gives room to stow some things under the hammock, to dry overnight.

A little different than other bug nets. Very DWR yet slightly breathable top and end pieces, olive color noseeum netting. ACU fabric inside is a 1.0 ripstop sliding cover that goes over me and the top quilt. It gets cold up there and the rig is not recommended for hot weather.
It can be opened on one end (velcro closure) and slid along the hammock to the other end to be netless.
