    Finished my Underquilts.com TQ

I finished the TQ I ordered from Underquilts.com, and I think it turned out quite well. Dave did a great job sewing up the shell and shipping it out quickly. I salvaged the down from a sleeping bag that I was not happy with as a TQ. I put approx 13 or so ounces of 600 or so fill down into the shell and sewed it all up. Also sewed up the foot box. Packs down fairly small, and weighs in at 25.4 ounces in the stuff sack. I feel like it will get me to 30 degrees easy, hoping for closer to 20.

Thanks to my lovely daughter for helping model my new quilt.

Looks great! For what its worth my top quilt only has 6 ounces of down and gets me to around 40.

Did you use 800 fill? The down k used was not the highest fill power, maybe 600 or 650. Dave listed 13 ounces of 650 would be around 20 degrees. We will see.

My first time getting one of his products, excellent work indeed. Finishing the quilt off was very easy...aside from the loose down.

Ah yes, over looked. I did use 800, or 850 - Wilderness Logics down.

    Very wonderful looking quilt though.
