    There are a number of photo apps that have self timer capabilities. Many are free for just 99 cents.

    That's one if the nice things about the Gary Fong adapter. I figure I could put my phone in it, hook to a tripod and then let Shug juggle it all day long and the phone would not budge a bit. Very secure fit for the 4/4s and with the craft foam I added to reduce the spacing slightly the 5 first even tighter...not so its hard to get in and out of the adapter but enough so that you have to want to and try to get it off when you want to.
