I have spoken up about this company before but it has been a while, and many orders since.
I get almost all my materials from Quest and have only received great quality products, very fast shipping and excellent communication. Every time.
I am not knocking anyone else here, as I don't know how others do business; I am just happy and impressed at the consistent product and service that I have been receiving.

I'm glad you started this thread. I just ordered from them again last week. Their level of customer service is outstanding. It's like doing business with friends or family. I talked to both Kim and Kay regarding my order; they're wonderful people to deal with.

I bought some shock cord from them on the last order. I think their price per yard was less than others' price per foot!

I have to agree. Typically they ship my order the day following when I place, and the confirmation email often says they were able to ship at a lower cost than the website estimated.
