Dolly Sods circumnavigation next week

Hi all, I am hosting a hike of the "Sods" next week via meetup and have an extra spot so i thought i would post it here. There are 3 hangers going! If anyone wants to join us you can do so here

This is a moderate to strenuous hike, so good for those that can easily hike 10-12 miles per day with a loaded pack.

i will be there next fri-mon as well. did a trip in februaury up red creek trail in 3+ feet of snow. looking forward to some nicer weather. got down to 4 degrees our last night.

freind and i do at least two trips around the east every month, we sort of have a thing for hiking too many miles with too much weight on our backs.
usually imbibe too much after reaching camp, making for late day starts and hiking in the dark, so prob dont want us on your journey.

that would be great if we run into you on the trail. I don't think there will be many groups out on a Monday. will be heading in from Bear Rocks, but I'm going to wait on the final route until we see what the weather is going to do; don't want to spend a cooler day at the forks . enjoy your trip, you should have some amazing weather for it
