not new to hammocks just the forum
Moved to Tampa a couple years back
After seeing so many youtube videos with references to this place I figured I better join before its not cool anymore
even met a nice park ranger at rainbow river springs that said she is on here.
If you see this "hi" you were the coolest ranger there.
Anyway if anyone around here likes to camp I would love to meet you and hang some time

Welcome from north Ga. and there is a BIG hang in the Ocala Nat. For., the FH4, it is the weekend of MLK day. Everyone is friendly, everyone but me is pretty knowledgable, there will be a broad spectrum of hanging gear in sight, and good food. Check it out.
Welcome board from Lakeland. Plenty of chances to get together and hang with a bunch of us Florida Hangers starting in the fall. Keep an eye out for the trip planning.

Well you have now met several of the regulars and I dare you to find a nicer and more fun group of people. All we need is a campfire and we are good... I guess we like to have a Dutch oven or four, and three hammock set ups, a few DIY stoves, and food. Lots of food
