    Cat Cut hammock?

I was spending a little quality time in my hammock the other day and was thinking about all the floppy material on my right side and I decided to chop it off. I left one side full and cut off about 8" from the other side. It still lays the same and now I don't have all that extra material. I'm not sure how much of a wieight savings is involved, but it was kind of cool. Thought I'd share.

Simply Light Designs makes a cat cut hammock. You can see it here. http://simplylightdesigns.com/catalo...roducts_id/133. Gonna be getting on on the first of October. But cool design though.

Yep I have been using Jared cat cut Streamliner DL for a solid month now and love it, sleep in it daily. Though now he got some 70" wide Coyote Brown in 1.9 I may grab a SL from him of it to see if I like the wider width at all.

I've got a 1.9 camo Streamliner DL. It is 11' and has a really good lay. I liked it so much I sold my BB XLC. XLC was good hammock but a lot of fiddle factor to get it right. My 2 Leighlo UQ fit Streamliner perfectly. His adjustable strap susp is easier to us than WB. I'm getting ready to order a hybrid sock. His turn around times are great as well as his sewing skills. Going to use set up on upcoming Fontana Lake 4 day kayak trip. Check him out. For your reference I'm 6'5" 245. BigRed77
