I came across this picture on Ultimate Hang's sight.
Who makes this monster?

Looks like a fun idea but I wonder about sleeping arrangements vs living space.

Can't think of the name it but it has been discussed many times on the forum.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
Yeah it only weighs thirty lbs and takes a herd of monkeys to hang...
Live, Laugh, Love, if that doesn't work. Load, Aim and Fire, repeat as necessary...
Buy, Try, Learn, Repeat
Tentsile hammock tent...the name is in the link you posted for the photo.
I get suspicious whenever there is too much eye candy taking away from the product...
YMMV

Free advice worth what you paid for it. ;-)
I can't even begin to fathom the climbing skills needed to hang that. I might have managed it when I was 12 but over 40? I see an ER visit in the future.
I just looked at their website and am back to report that this model is no longer in production. It has been replaced by the bargain Stingray model which runs a modest $1350 but is "on sale" for $1080. I guess we will all run out and buy a couple. :what:
And....... You only have to find 3 trees, perfectly spaced in order to hang it. How difficult could that be?

They don't make that anymore if they ever did the new one is a tent looking thing that also hooks to multiple trees. It's a 13'x13' dome tent that looks like it may pull down some trees.
