just remember extending poles adds more leverage as well..
Most of thoughs frames are pretty cheep lol. Enos work great in them though.

This solution is perfect. I was concerned about adding another piece of pipe to an already sloppy setup and this is exactly the right solution. Getting this bent won't be a problem. I'm an electrician by trade and although I hate bending conduit, I can get this done.
Thanks dangerous.

glad to be able to help

Some time ago I posted how I modified my stand to extend the top so my butt would not be dragging the ground. I did this mod about 3 years ago on the stand in my bedroom and have used it every night since that time and it has never failed. I will see if I can dig up the pics.....stand by. These are not the ones with the dimensions but you can get the idea. These were made from HD exhaust tubing, bent at the local muffler shop.

I would probably cut 2-3 feet out of the bottom bar and put a smaller diameter pipe maybe a fence post into both sides and bolt it together on both sides of the cut
Could you just put the kids in it and build a TDS?

So many trees, so little time...
Dangerous---is that a Warbonnet in the pics? Regardless NICE solution. I got the extensions (thanks 2Q) and have gotten my money back over and over and over.
Dangerous...great idea. thanks. I'll try this
run some amsteel from end to end and sit on it.. the tangent of 0 is infinity, infinate force for a dead straight line.or rachet strap.
can you slide fence post pipe inside/over it?
