    SOLD:GoLite UltraLite 800 Fill 1+ Season TQ

This is last year's model...item is no longer listed on their website, but listed below is the description and picture that I was able to find by doing a Google Search. Quilt is in excellent shape, and has always been stored in the included GoLite cotton storage bag...also includes the GoLite stuff sack. It was properly washed and dryed using Nikwax Down Wash at the beginning of the summer. It is rated as a 1+ season quilt, comfort to 40 degrees, but I've used it down into the mid 20's wearing clothing to supplement its warmth. I'm asking $155...this includes Paypal fees and CONUS shipping. If you're interested please post "I'll take it," and then PM me for Paypal info. Thanks!

Thanks guys! It is a great quilt. I hate to sell it, but unfortunately I need the funds selling it will generate...plus it'll give me an excuse to get a top quilt from UGQ in future... :-)

I will give a +1 on that being a nice and very warm TQ. I wasn't really able to use mine but once last year (we had a warmer than normal winter last year in S FL) and it got me down into the upper 30s and I needed to vent it a bit. I'm hoping for some cold weather this year so I can actually appreciate it

I'm tempted and I'm curious - but I still need convincing to get me out of my "traditional sleeping bag" mindset.

When you're talking that 40deg rating - you're talking in a hammock, with a sleeping pad underneath (but no under-quilt) - and you stay warm and comfortable?

I have never used a pad but with an under quilt I've been down to the 40's and had to vent

Assuming some type of under insulation (either pad or UQ), the TQ provides warmth from the top. The 40 degree rating is provided by the manufacture as their recommended low temperature, but everyone is different...meaning that some of us sleep hot and others are cold natured sleepers. If I'm not mistaken, most use either a pad or an UQ...only both if it's really cold or they're wanting to "double up" on under insulation. I hope this helps answer your question. Please let me know if I can help any further. Thanks!
