Sold: Short story:
Shipped to CONUSA for $65, regular length, left hand zip, mummy style, TheNorthFace (lifetime warranty) good 'ol down sleeping bag with stuff sack.
Long Story:This is one of my old, good condition, NorthFace sleeping bags. My best guess is, it a very old model Blue Kazoo (rated at 15 degrees). It spent the night at Camp Muir on Mt. Rainier and Helen Lake on Mt. Shasta so I know it is warm but I can't give you any documentation.
In it's lifetime, back when NorthFace would do it for cheap - I had it completely re-stuffed with new down. It has never been stored in it's stuff sack and has mostly served as an extra, on the bed, quilt on a few cold winter nights. The few times I have used it, I have worn pajamas and socks (easier to wash jamas than a down sleeping bag).
There are no rips, stains, smells.
There are two zippers and I figure if you unzip it to about 2.5 ft from the end of the footbox you would have a great Top Quilt for a larger person or be enclosed in a cloud of warm down for regular sized folks. Of course it can always be used as a regular mummy sleeping bag.
The ruler in the photo is seven inches long.
My idea is this is for someone who wants a NorthFace quality down bag and doesn't mind that it is a little long in the tooth as long as it has proven warmth, but little actual use, and no "issues"
