    Leaving Maine

It has been a great summer here in Maine but it's time to head back to Florida. My wife says I'm ready since I haven't put up a fight. Got my Blackberries for some jelly and missing the family so maybe she's right. Did get the opportunity to meet up with some fellow hangers here in Maine and hang for a weekend with them or just sit around the fire and talk woods speak. Attroll, mainewoods, Octothorpesarus and RKP thank you for joining me in the woods. I needed that. looking for a repeat next summer. Finish up with a couple of photos of my last night in Maine.

If it moves, you can eat it. No promises you will think it tastes good.

    Be safe.....

I hope your trip back is uneventful UNLESS you can find a tree or two to get a snooze in!! Still wanting to get that cup of coffee.....may the wind be to your back and the sun light your journey.

Safe travels to you. Must be hard to leave Maine.
I usually end up in Lakeland in late January for the Snowbird Extravaganza at the Lakeland Arena.

I would still like to get you out in the woods with us for a hang while you're down. I'm sure we could arrange a kit for you.

Be safe driving back down, olddog! Hope to see you soon.

And Shug, you know I've got a spare set-up you can borrow...

I hope you have a safe trip. Considering it's still a little hot here, we need to get a central Florida group to get a bite to eat or something when you get down here.
