    Newbe here from N.E. New York

    Hi There!!!!
    Just stumbled on to you folks ...(other forums to links...to youtube...to link...ect,)
    I've been into camping and hiking for long time ...(first book read on hiking was by Ed Garvey, Appalachian Hiker. It was a new book at the time...LOL)
    Started taking the leap to hanging after I found a Crazy Creek on clearance in a outdoor store (don't ask the price...you'll kill me). Tried it out,don't think I'll be going back to the ground!!!!!!
    Have a lot of interest in DIY gear and lightweight backpacking...(my body won't let me carry those 70lbs Alice packs anymore )
