Can't really say, but the Jack's might know. The pack cover/storage sack I got from them is blaze orange so they should know where to source it.
If you live near a Joann Fabric they probably have it. I picked some up at the one near me. They're a little pricey. If you don't need a lot it might be worth checking out. I think it was $6.99/yd. on sale. $7.99 reg.

Thanks everyone! I believe I have a source now.
I would like a blaze orange down hat and poncho for hunting season. I've emailed Black Rock Gear to see if their Sportsman's will be available in blaze this year, but I haven't heard back. I might try a cheap PVC poncho for this year, so I'd just need enough for an out side of a down hat.
