Wow, honored to have made top billing with my home brew! I have recently made some brown ale, unless there is a strong objection I could bring some of that for the raffle.

The Indianapolis local news was reporting tonight that due to the government shut down, the Hoosier National Forest is now to be closed.
While roads remain open due to individuals living on private tracts of land, within the forest, they absolutely do not want people parked, or wandering alongside the roads, trails, or back country.
The was no information provided as to how this was to be handled or enforced, other than that they were told, "due to the shut down, those employees have been furloughed."

Me too, it's our woods!
Predictions are risky, especially when it comes to the future.
Its a crock,,especially with fall and hunting season upon us, To now close national forests is a bioch! Our govt..needs to get its head out its A@#!
Yeah,,but I have friends that hunt about 6-7 miles east of me on Hoosier National Forest, and I wonder what they are going to do about that if govt, keeps shutting down land? Where is the fine line here? Sounds like a game of double jeopardy and if you run into the wrong law inforcement officer, and his interpretation of the law,,your playing a game of chess that can get expensive if they ticket you.???
