Is everyone going to be using the fire tower parking lot? I thought there was another one closer to the hang spot?

I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

Hoot, my daughter (aka Trailboss), and myself will be heading in from Kansas City starting around 4AM. Barring any issues we should be hitting the parking lot at the fire tower between 1 and 2 on friday. Anyone else landing at that time? Hoot and I are still a little shaky on the directions and could a little guide help to the site if available.
I really don't remember seeing any pools of water...well, execpt for the big one (Lake Monroe) My wife walked for a while in the branch since it was easier and didn't get muddy.
Anyway, here are the coordinates as recorded by my Garmin 450 for the home place: N39 03.192 W86 20.124 It was really hard to determine exactly where the house was until I saw one landmark. There is a row of old pines that was just inside the fenced-in yard, and a tiny branch that was near the front porch. Those coordinates should put you square in the middle of the house.
I brought back an old piece of barbed wire and a short necked beer bottle from 1962 (grandparents didn't drink), but that was about the time they would have left the place.
Just for the sake of conversation, they relocated just south of the intersection of #446 and Tower Ridge Road; almost right behind the church you see at the turn off.
Hope everyone has a great time this weekend
