    Black vs White bug net

Are there any advantage of either black or white bug net?

I've got both and much prefer my black, easier to see out of and not as noticeable when setup in the woods.

Yeah with black netting, you can still see through it pretty well. With white netting, light is reflected more and lessens the ability to see through the netting.

Re: Black vs White bug net

I can't really compare black vs white, although I've read that black is best to see through.

My net is green and kinda shiny and I actually really like it. I can see out of it pretty well but it is more difficult to see into. Midge season is coming to an end here so it'll do me until next year.

Black is a lot easier to see through but, dark colors attract bugs.

Yeah, but it's a "bug net". Hopefully it'll keep them out. HA HA HA!!!

Re: Black vs White bug net

I always wondered if a white net would be cooler.
