if you sort the members page by posts I noticed there are 743 pages of members with less than 50 posts... that will be a hell of a lot of padding if they all start trying to get to the magic 50 post number.

Crap! I didn't know that. I think it should be encouraged more to welcome new members. I try, but it gets away from me some times.
