I've asked the boss lady but did not get a definite answer yet.
If she lets me off it would be pretty important that I find someone I can share the travel cost with.

I've talked to Silverpalm from my area but he's waiting to see if his two kids are going & therefore have room.
Furthermore, after taking my girls (Lo & Lauren) on their 1st camping trip at the Fall Festival I'm hoping to bring them.. if I can get off work but Silverpalm's ride cannot accommodate.

So I'm asking here if anyone from my area or somewhere along the way would like to ride with me... if I can get off work.

Well, I've got someone to cover me at work & the boss lady has given me the go ahead so if nothing happens I just might be making my first MAHHA

I am super excited to be going to Mahha again this year. I have missed too many of them! I am bringing at least one of my kids and probably another HF member as well.

I will also be bringing some Hammock Gear to add to the raffle. At the very least a couple of quilts and a tarp.

I am also looking forward to the workshops. I would love to help out. Although I do not splice as much as those Dutchware boys, but I have made a whoopiesling or two...

Anyway, I just wanted to post that I am officially throwing my hat into this one. I am looking forward to seeing some old friends and making some new ones.

Its official - I'm in! Sweet! Dropping the kids off halfway there at my folks house - afraid it'll be too cold for them this time.

Anyone have a WB lynx I can borrow? I keep waiting for one to pop up on the FS board since I cant get one new shipped in time for the trip. Hmmm...

I will be leaving from Clarksburg WV around 3:30 on Friday and travling south down I-79 if anyone wants to carpool with me.

I am really looking forward to this hang. I really want to explore the area. I hope I can get off work to do some hiking. Does anyone know if there are bike trails in the area?
