Nashville, TN HF meet and greet

Hi everyone,

I'm relativly new here, but have heard of several other HF members in the Nashville, TN area. I'm real interested in possibly getting to know you guys and going hanging, however the security concious part of me doesn't want to commit to spending the night in a remote place with someone I've met on the internet...insert horror film reference here...so, for myself, and anyone else's piece of mind, would any of you be up for a meet and greet in the nashville area one evening or weekend day? I'm thinking maybe grab a bite to eat so we can just get to know each other, then maybe try to schedule a hang some where?

If you're interested please respond with availability and suguestions for a meeting spot. I don't know what part of town you guys live in, so lets see who responds and then agree on a date and time

be on the lookout for Neo's hangs. He just had one a Bear Island on Percy Priest lake.
he will also be having a hang in October at Meriwether Lewis Park right off the Natchez Trace.

I live in Mt. Juliet, TN. What kinds of things do you guys do? I'm probably going kayaking at percy priest some time this weekend

Funny you mentioned kayaking that's what we do. Paddle out from Anderson rec area to bear island and camp. We went on an overnight trip on the harpeth last weekend lots of fun.

Don't be an impatient nervous Nellie! You only asked yesterday. Also, don't put the burden on others. If you want a meet and greet, plan and announce it. Simple as that. No matter what, when, or where, some can come and some can't.
