    It is more work, but I made an adjustable RL to tinker with, then I make a dogbone style to save weight once I find the perfect length.
    I may be dumb, but at least I'm ugly!

    I've done so much, with so little, for so long, now I can do anything with nothing.

    To get my length for my SRL I used an adjustable cargo strap (the ratcheting kind) in the middle and adjusted it until I as happy with the hang, then just used that measurement to make my SRL.

    Dang, why didnt I think of that?! Shouldve seen me the other day trying to adjust my ridgeline while in the hammock. Impossible.
