I had a minor issue with a zipper on my Warbonnet Hammock on my last trip that had me concerned about the possibility of a future failure. I contacted Brandon at Warbonnet and he got back to me the same day and told me to mail the hammock back to him and he'd take a look. Even though he couldn't replicate the issue in his shop he sent me a brand new replacement hammock 'just to be safe'.
I know it's been said before but I just wanted to mention much I appreciate how Brandon stands behind his products and the outstanding customer service I received.
