Welcome to the forums. Your searches (and mine) indicate this is not a popular item among forum members. I can't think of a better way to insure minimal input on your first thread than by saying, "Experience not opinions please."

No experience. Heavier than I would be willing to use for that temp rating.

I've done so much, with so little, for so long, now I can do anything with nothing.

This is a very complicated case, IRokk. You know, a lotta ins, a lotta outs, a lotta what-have-yous. And, uh, a lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old SilvrSurfr's head. Fortunately, I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, Hammock Forums regimen to keep my mind, you know, uh, limber.

I too, think the Eno UQs are too heavy, bulky, and expensive. The reviews I've read say they don't perform anywhere near their temperature ratings. Now if you have a coupon and are getting this thing for darned near free - then we look forward to your review! Otherwise, I'd comparison shop.

The SilvrSurfr abides. I don't know about you but I take comfort in that.

My experience is with fluffy, fluffy, wonderful down. I pack it, I carry it, I sleep wonderfully wrapped in it. Based upon that experience- I wouldn't consider anything else.

    Good Luck

PS- I have several ENO products with which I am very happy

Looking all over the net I have not seen one actual review from someone who purchased the product. Just opinions, not trying to snob it up. I do have a shot at a cheap Vulcan and was just looking to find anyone who owns one.

Not personal experience. A friend of mine bought one used it once and returned it. He said it did not fit well and the temp rating was off. He is newer to hammocking so I am thinking it was the fit that caused air gaps because he said it had cold spots.

I have no experience with this ENO product but I've used several of their items before and I find them lacking in almost every avenue except quality of craftsmanship...they make tuff stuff. However, the fact you are having trouble finding a review might be a good indication to spend your money elsewhere. Just an observation from experience on several things i'v bought in the past.

I was also curious about this one, but it sounds like I should consider something else to keep me warm, whether that be my special lady or a lady friend

Couldn't resist a Lebowski moment either
