Mohican park and pack

Hey Ohio hangers. Any one been to sites other than 8,9,10 at Mohican? When i only have a night, i head that way, but have only been to those three. Any reports would be much appreciated.

While i have your attention; any ohio trails you know of other than symmes creek, wild cat, zaleski, shawnee or lake vesuvious that are worth checking out? I've been heading to KY or WV when i get a few nights off work and the fam, as i have those trails memorized at this point. Gas is sure expensive though, but the peace from hanging in the woods = priceless.

I've stayed at sites 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 & 10. If you're looking for isolation you're probably best off using site 5 or 6. Site 2 is right next to Pine Run Creek if you're interested in the sound of flowing water while you sleep but the site is right off of a bridal trail. Sites 3 & 4 are both good sites but you will have to cross Pine Run Creek twice (not a problem unless it has rained a lot). If you stay at sites 2, 3, or 4 don't get your water from Pine Run Creek (horses). There is a small stream that empties into Pine Run Creek right beside the 2nd crossing...get your water there (filter or treat of course).
