Suggestions for hanging in CO

Im in CO next week, looking for any suggestions for a 'unigue' place to do a one nighter between denver and durango. soooooo many forests and wilderness areas i dont know where to begin. have the following 7 nights planned from durango clockwise back to denver.

With all the flooding most of the parks have been shut down is my understanding from fishing friends out that way. Though it may change depending on specific areas you are in. I know lots of detours out that way as well.
