===> Maybe. I was standing too close to the Firepit when Raiff tossed som in and it exploded. Just had eye surgery. Just do the math. Maybe you are lucky you DIDN'T see it!! Lol!!

A friend of ours is wanting to go and try hammocking but doesn't have a warm underquilt. Does anyone have an extra he can borrow?

I just reconfirmed that I am, unfortunately, working that weekend. I should be able to make it next year though! And, I'm hoping that I can make the spring hang, when that comes up!!! With a rotating schedule, its hard to plan accordingly.

HK2001, my wife doesn't do the strangers thing at all. It took a lot of time to get her into conversing with everyone. She loves going though. I understand where she is coming from, but, people break into smaller groups too, which is easier to manage. No one has EVER gone home from any NEHHA hang-or any hang that I know of, for that matter-disappointed in attending. It really is like a great big group of friends. Even as a first timer, you'll feel welcome. Hell, last spring hang, I got the whole group to sing happy birthday to my wife. She STILL wants to keep going to these

===> Bill, just let me/us know when you have some time, and we'll make a quick hang date - whenever! The place we just tried, The Pines Campground in Ashby, is a four season spot. I can go pretty much anytime. Just give a shout!
