So this reflectix that everyone speaks of. Is it able to work it's magic without also causing moisture control issues? If so, I'm going to Lowes tomorrow.

I use a piece at the foot of my hammock between the layers and I get a little bit of moisture but not enough to even wet the top layer. Now a full length piece would surely be a different matter.

===> Not all Lowe's stores carry Reflectix. The one near me only has 1ft wide duct/pipe wrap, that only has foil on one side. However, the Mom N Pop hardware store had it- go figure!

The sign up sheet is posted. There is a link in my signature. Thanks to r3l@x for setting it up.
Were all signed up. I hope we have snow again. Reflectix races down the hill anyone?
Based on the success of the raffles we have held at the NEHHA's, I recommend that we hold another raffle at the winter NEHHA. I also suggest that we donate the proceeds to another charity. We should make a group decision as to which charity we donate to. My nomination is to donate to Celiac Disease research, but I am biased as my daughter has celiac. The University of Chicago has a celiac research facility, and they claim that they may have a cure in the next 10-15 years.
We can take more nominations for the charity and then hold some sort of vote.
Is it too early to start getting excited for the winter hang?
I just bought a Speer Polar Pod and believe this would be an excellent opportunity to put it to the test and hang with some new friends in the NE. I may have missed it in the earlier posts, when and where? Is there a google sign up sheet?
