My 5 year old just came down from his room and said that he was trying to figure out how he could rig up his hammock over his bed.

My 4 yr old ditched his bed for his hammock

Yep, 11 year old is begging me!! After our latest hang on Friday night, he is ready to ditch his bed for good as well.
Kid's a negotiator, and a smart one.
He knew if he asked to set up the hammock all by itself, you'd say no, so he thinks a bit and suggests it be hung over his bed.
Its a talent and a gift, but try to steer him into being a Marriage or Family Counselor instead of Politician or Lawyer.
Come to think of it he probably has been working up to having a hammock in his room. Last week, he complained that his bed was getting to be uncomfortable, when I went up to read him a bedtime story all of his books were under his fitted sheet.
Definitely have a stinker on my hands.
